They were pet friendly. Fairly quick check in. Quiet. The refrigerator was cold The air condition worked
Residual smoke odor in the room. We were on the second floor without elevators accessible for disabled son. Cleanliness poor, I had to clean the room again. We checked in late and couldn't wait for the changes to be done so I had to purchase sheets for the sofa bed and the king bed. Nothing was set up in the kitchen, no utensils, etc. The towels were dirty. I had to buy some to feel good. The iron board had no cover to iron upon. The carpet was dirty. Wore slippers to ensure safety clean.
My boyfriend arranged with a staff member to pay online for the room ahead of time as he was traveling from out of state and wanted me to be able to access the room before his plane as it wasn't very late arrival time. Not only did he talk with somebody on how to do this the next day he then later confirmed in fact it was paid for. When I arrived I was told the room absolutely was not paid for and that they don't do any kind of payments over the phone or anything of the like. At the time I did not know he did it online but still considering he was told it had gone through and it was paid for it should have showed up on their register. Since my name was on the booking the staff member allowed me to check into the room but then said we needed to go back in and pay for it when he arrived from out of state. He went straight in to pay for the room and the card reader consistently declined his card and then finally using a different card it went through. In the morning he was alerted by his bank that his card was frozen due to "strange activity". He then called his bank and found out that in fact the online reservation he had submitted with payment did go through. Not only did that one go through but also the one on a separate card went through. He brought evidence of both transactions to the front office immediately and they refuse to acknowledge it saying that still they had no confirmation of any payment and that in fact there's no way that he was double-charged. After being assigned my room there was no map given of the premises I was only told it was on the bottom floor to the left and giving my room number. Anywhere else this would have been sufficient but while driving through you couldn't see the numbers of the rooms while passing. I decided to pull up into a space right in front of one of the rooms and even then the numbers were so small you still couldn't see which room was which. There is not enough parking.
It was horrible they couldn't find my reservation and I sat there for over a half hour. Another guest came in and said the room was dirty, their bathroom so dirty they wouldn't walk on the floor without shoes and there was blood on the floor. I told the lady when they found my reservation to just cancel it. I then walked out and had to find accommodations elsewhere. The staff was not friendly and really showed poor customer service skills. Being in the business myself I would joy travel to this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
the toilet seat was broken AND once u flushed the toilet we had to manually put water into the back part of the toilet for it to flush again
that the toilet ws broken
No sheets on bed no extra blankets
The staff was nice
They couldn't find reservations From Booked.net but I showed them my email and they just gave me a room for the same price
location was great and it was quiet
Although the man at the front desk was pleasant, there was not enough of him to go around. They need at least one other person there. I arrived at a little after 6pm and had to call for coffee maker (have to have it) He brought me the coffee maker and his arms were loaded with other things for other people. No wonder he couldn't bring a cup( LOL) was so exhausted I figured it out too late (morning) I just used the coffee pot as a cup.
The front desk staff was friendly but there was nothing else I liked about this place!!!!
1. No maid service. 2. No refrigerator 3. The A/C-Heater when set at 73 degrees blew cold air instead of warn air. 4. The bed was very uncomfortable
Staff was rude, room wasn't ready, and key was given to another guest and was entered when I was gone, carpet was wet and it caused me to fall walking into kitchen area. Shower was baking up. I had not one piece of dinnerware or cooking utensils, plate, bowel, cup, or coffee pot. Blow dryer was not safe, box was burnt and open, no parking available near room, and it smelled like cat pee, every time I used key to access laundry/vending it demagnitized key. Andthere was no available quarters to wash, I had to go to two stores down the road for them.
I didn't like i want my money back
Want my money back
Location was good for my business project.
I felt like I was in the ghetto. Music was blaring from the room next door till midnight. The room smelled like an animal had been living in it. Kitchens are no longer stocked - you have to ask for every item to be brought to your room including coffee maker, cup, and spoon.
The location was terrific!
We had 2 rooms, 3 in each room. Our room had a king bed and a hide a bed, the hide a bed had no bedding. There were no glasses or cups in the room.. When we requested these, it took 30+ minutes to get them, and no blankets were brought. The person at the front desk had an extremely bad attitude.
The site said hotel was 2.4 miles from sleep train are bit it was over 5 , But I will have to say great room
The loud noise kids who didn't go to sleep until 3:00am
Maid service only once a week. So, no clean sheets. If you want new towels. You have to bring old towels to front desk! Key cards would work one day and then not the next. Very cheaply run.
Best extended stay in Sacramento & most of Bay area --- I've stayed in alot of 'em
